Items may be returned if they remain unused, in their original packaging, and with all included accessories. Exceptions include customized or hygiene-related items, which cannot be returned. You must initiate your return request within 30 days of receipt. After this deadline, refunds or exchanges cannot be processed.

Please reach out to our customer service team for a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending items back. Unauthorized returns may be rejected. Once your package is received and inspected, we’ll confirm the outcome and process an approved refund directly to your payment method.

Refunds may be reduced to account for return shipping, taxes, or restocking fees where applicable. Items purchased on sale can be returned, but refunds will match the discounted price. Exchanges for different product variations are possible if stock is available.

We encourage using a secure, trackable shipping service when sending returns. If the return is due to our error—such as receiving a damaged or incorrect product—we’ll cover the shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible.
